The 2013 Red Sox and Cardinals each won their pennant and had 97 regular season victories. This series appears it will go the full 7 games and rightfully so. The Red Sox won the first game in a landslide 8-1. Lester was dominant and Cards errors cost them the game. In Game 2, it was the Red Sox who committed the sloppy play. With the team up 2-1 in the 7th, the club made 2 errors on the same play and a 2-1 lead was gone and they tailed 4-2 and that was it sadly. So the series shifts from Boston to St. Louis. Go Red Sox!
The Pats lost to the Jets in OT last weekend. The game will forever be remembered for a missed field goal by the Jets in OT. Brady would of had the ball in great field position for a win but a lame "pushing" penalty was called on the Pats on the Jets miss. LAME. The Pats get some guys back for this weekends game vs. Miami.
The Bruins have found their way and are in 1st place with a 7-2 record. Great time to be a sports fan once again in Beantown. Red Sox are in the Fall Classic, the Bruins and Pats are leading their respective divisions. Awesome times.
