The Bruins almost felt it. They led the Leafs 3-1 in the series but lost by a single goal in gms 5 and 6 and the series was tied and in gm 7 the Leafs led 4-1 with 11 min to go. The hockey Gods were kind considering last ye we lost gm 7 at home vs Caps in OT. This season, after scoring 3 goals in 3rd including 2 goals with goalie pulled t o enter sudden death gm 7 OT , they were kinder as the Bruins won in OT and moved on to host the NYR. Awesome.
The red sox are the only other tix in town and they are average. After starting 20-8 they got swept by Texas, lost 3 of 4 to Minn, lost 2 of 3 to the Jays and have a rubber game in TB tonight.
