PATS LEAD AFC EAST AT BYE

Half way through the 2012 NFL season, and the Pats are where they always are, year after year, week after week, day after day...first place. It never, ever changes. The team should be 8-0, but are 5-3, losing the 3 gms by a total of 4 points. That's it...4 points. Even so, they are the 3rd best team in AFC, behind Hou and Bal.
The team lost a last second heartbreaker in Sea, but came home, and despite blowing a double digit 4th quar. lead again, tied it late and won in OT hosting the Jets. Yesterday, they smoked the Rams in London 45-7. The team has the largest point differential in the league and average the most PPG in the league, well over 30 pts a game. In fact, the Pats set an all time NFL record by having 17 gms straight with over 350 yards a game total offense. Wow.
The team is doing it without their best players, including Hernandez,Chung and Mankins. They will all return in 2weeks, as the team will host Buff then Indy. The path is set for another long run towards the post season.
