Sports are going pretty well these days here in Beantown. The UMass Minutemen mens basketball team has once again made it into the NIT Final Four. They are 24-10, and after being snubbed from the true tourney, play Stanford and then hope to play for the title game.
The Celtics wrapped up their 8 game roadie, and it ended it as it began. The team lost in Philly with first place in the Atlantic Division on the line. So for now, the team is 24-21 and sit in 7th spot in the East. They host the lowly Wizards in an hour.
The Bruins are still up and down. They lost to the Sharks 2-1 on Wed but defeated the Kings 4-2 on Sat. The team wraps up a road trip in Anaheim in a few hours. They are #2 in the East, and lead the Sens by 3 pts in the Northeast.
