The Pats finished strong, and are 13-3 and hold the #1 seed entering the AFC playoffs. In week 16, they trailed Miami 17-0, and a week later trailed Buffalo 21-0..................yet won both games decisively. They are so good, and led the league in most categories once again and will represent the AFC in Pro Bowl by a wide margin.
It is not often I log while the Bruins are on, but hey, they are up 6-0 over Calgary half way through game. Last night they smashed the Devils 6-1 and last week it was an 8-0 win over Florida. The team still leads NHL in goals scored and have given up the fewest goals thanks to the leagues best 2 goalies, Thomas and Rask. They roll out 4 amazing lines and that's why they lead the league in wins and points. They will improve to a sparkling 26-10 record within the hour.
Even the Celtics have improved. No one is watching, especially yours truly, but they deserve some props. They lost their first 3 games with captain Peirce injured. Yet, they won 4 straight with his return and are tied for 1st place.
