RED SOX ON FIRE, BRUINS BATTLING FOR STANLEY CUP

The Bruins, as we know, are in Lord Stanley's Cup Finals. Smile at this stat that throw-up; the Bruins have outscored the Canucks 14-6 through 5 games..................but trail the series 3-2. The hockey gods have not been kind to our Bruins in Vancouver; the Bruins tied or led in all 3 games in Canada so far this series yet lost all three. The Bruins lost 1-0 in Game 1 and Game 5 and lost 3-2 in OT after leading 2-1 late. In Boston, it is another story as the club knocked out Luongo and won 8-1 and then 4-1! The Bruins should win Game 6 since it is in Boston, and then if so, have to go back to Vancouver and find a way to win Game 7. Anything is possible. Go Bruins!
The Red Sox have won 9 straight after losing 3 straight. They swept the A's, went into New York and swept the Yanks and then went to Toronto and swept the Jays. The Red Sox are dominate as you can see in the standings below. They are a scoring machine. They have scored 83 runs in their last 83 innings. They score 28 runs in the past 24 hours. They are, simply put, amazingly good. They can hit, pitch and play defense. They are from the 2-10 club two months ago. The team heads to Tampa to play the annoying Rays. Go Red Sox!
