Bruins: They just won an epic 7 game series versus arch rivals the Habs. It was an amazing series, so close, so hotly contested. It was amazing! The Bruins lost the first two games in Boston. With the season on the brink, the good guys won the next two in Montreal. That was an amazing accomplishment. The Bruins won game 5, lost game 6, and won a 7th game. These words I am writing will not explain how amazing the series was. Price and Thomas battled. Three of the games went into overtime, with the Bruins winning all three. The Bruins went 0-21 on power play, the first team to go a whole series without a PP goal. The Bruins got zero production from their top line. The Habs dived, every game and every shift. Horton scored 2 GW overtime goals. It all came down to overtime in game 7, with the Bruins finally coming out on top! Meanwhile, they are in the 2nd round versus the Flyers, whom knocked the Bruins out of the playoffs last season. This is awesome! In game one, the Bruins scored 7 goals and chased Boucher in a 7-3 win!
Celtics: Not sure. The Celtics swept the Knicks and are now playing the Heat in the 2nd round. The Celtics lost game one today unfortunately.
Red Sox: This team of overpaid players had their worst April on record. They finished up 11-15. The team won today, hopefully a sign in the right direction. They have 5 good starters, but they have a poor bullpen and a horrible offense that simply leave a ton of men on base.
Patriots: The team made their picks in the draft, despite the lockout. Mallett was the big pick.
