- Seahawks 10-6
- Rams 10-6
- 49ers 8-8
- Cardinals 7-9
This may just be the best division. Serious. The Seahawks have it all man, an above average offense and defense. The team is much like last year's club but they added Kerney and Grant. If they don't lose to the 49ers twice and Alexander stays healthy they'll top the Rams out West. the Rams are the only team I lose money with. They are mediocre and inconsitent. On paper, the team should win 11 or 12 games. Bulger is a stud with tons of weapons and Jackson is a top-tier back. Bruce, Bennett and Holt are the best three WR combo out there. The season rests on two ideas: the team has to play better defense and the schedule. For the former, the defense still stinks even with additions of Carriker and Hall. As for the schedule, right after the bye the team has 3 tough games that will surely determine their 2007 fate. The 49ers are close but still lack too much. they have Smith and Gore but the defense will still suffer. Clements was the only real smart signing, Willis will be the rookie of the year, but asking to greatly improve in a tough division will be difficult. They will match last season's win total of 7 with 8 or 9 wins being the highest peak. The Cards have a flashy offense that will put up points but the defense stinks in an offensive heavy division. Last year they were everybody's sleeper pick, not this year. They should win 6 games, one more than last year. Seven is if they do everything correct.
