- Saints 12-4
- Bucs 8-8
- Panthers 8-8
- Falcons 5-11
The Saints are dangerous. They can score at will and play average defense, kind of like the Colts. I see the same results, 12 wins but no ring. The team didn't change much but had no real urge to. They will win the division with ease but will fall to the Cowboys or Seahawks. It'll be an exciting team. The Bucs are my sleeper. Everyone predicts 4 or 5 wins, I see 7 or 8. If they can just make it to November in decent shape, they'll have a chance to make a run. They have Garcia and Williams but another receiver is much needed. Adding June, Carter and Trotter will bolster an average team looking to rebound from last year's 4 wins. The Panthers consitently seem to disappoint. Delhomme never comes through, I'm not sold on Foster and they added nobody to the defense. Luckily, they have a good enough defensive crew to aid the team to 8 or 9 wins. The Falcons will have a much improved defense. Despite the loss of Vick, Harrington, Crumpler and Dunn will do enough to give the defense a breather. The offense will still struggle, but the team could very well win 6 games, just one short of last year. Most prognosticators predict three wins, no way. They may come together much like the Saints did last year; turn adversity into sweet success.
